On 22 November 2018, the Global Infrastructure Hub (GI Hub) and the China Public Private Partnerships Centre (CPPPC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish and strengthen the collaborative partnership between the organisations.
At the signing of the MoU in Shanghai, China, the Acting CEO of the GI Hub, Mark Moseley, said that the agreement aims to help improve PPP mechanisms and practices in China to enhance the delivery of infrastructure projects.
“Under the auspices of this MoU, the GI Hub and the CPPPC will collaborate through knowledge and information exchange, and other activities to build capacity in our respective organisations,” Mr Moseley said.
“It is through these partnerships that we’re able to achieve a greater understanding of infrastructure sectors across different countries, and the unique environment in which they operate.”
The signing took place during the 4th China Public-Private Partnerships Financing Forum, hosted by the CPPPC, in which a delegation from the GI Hub actively participated.”
