The Global Infrastructure Hub is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Overseas Infrastructure and Urban Development Corporation (KIND). The MOU forms the basis for ongoing collaboration between the two organisations to promote best practice and knowledge sharing regarding infrastructure planning and policy frameworks, and to encourage private sector investment in sustainable and high-quality infrastructure projects.
Mark Moseley, the GI Hub’s Chief Operating Officer, welcomed the signing of the MOU with KIND. “GI Hub is very much looking forward to working closely with this important new entity in Korea. KIND has a mandate to promote the development of new infrastructure projects globally, using Korea’s well-recognised expertise in constructing and operating infrastructure assets in accordance with the highest standards. The GI Hub is pleased that a number of our key tools and resources – such as Infrastructure Outlook and the Global Infrastructure Pipeline are already being actively used by KIND to identify opportunities for much-needed infrastructure developments, particularly in emerging markets”.
