These guidelines institutionalise the consultation and engagement of the public, with the goal of improving transparency in the development and implementation of PPP projects and overall infrastructure development. This guidance stipulates the responsibilities of the individual participating institutions, such as the IAs and the PPP Center. It provides the process to be followed, the communication platform to be used and the time when the stakeholder consultations should take place.
