This study examines the experiences of spectrum management in four countries with a high percentage of wireless broadband penetration (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States). What actions have they undertaken to achieve an efficient management of spectrum? How have they have shifted toward more modern management approaches? These answers can be used as a benchmark for good regulatory governance. Governance is a key issue in decisions related to spectrum management in the LAC region.
